Charlie oversees Energy Solutions’ New York energy efficiency program implementation team. He is responsible for the team’s program delivery services and development. He specializes in growing pilot initiatives into large scale programs that exceed client goals.
Charlie brings a results-oriented, collaborative, market-based approach to energy efficiency program design and strategy. This has resulted in seven recent successful program launches in New York State and across the country.
He has driven new measure development, marketing, distributor outreach, forecasting, budget management, QA/QC, client reporting, and program oversight for C&I and Multifamily midstream energy efficiency programs. His expertise spans multiple technologies including HVAC, water heating, life-sciences, and foodservice equipment.
Charlie has over nine years of experience in the energy efficiency industry and has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
