Teddy oversees building decarbonization strategy, focusing on innovative approaches to accelerate the clean energy transition. He also oversees strategy and program design for the TECH Clean California initiative, a 4-year $120 million market transformation program to put California on a path to carbon free homes. He also leads strategy for the California Statewide Electric Emerging Technology Program, one of the largest utility ET programs in the country. He is passionate about decarbonizing the US energy system, and has taught energy management classes at Stanford and Western Washington University.
