TERMS OF USE

1.1  All parties accessing the Energy Solutions Extranet site collection shall read and agree to the Terms of Use before entering any Extranet Site.

1.2  By continuing forward with accessing the Extranet Site, all parties agree to these Terms of Use.

1.3  Extranet users will treat their usernames and user password as strictly private and confidential and will not make them available for disclosure to any party, at any time.

1.4  All data hosted within the SharePoint Extranet Site that haven’t  otherwise been identified as public, are to be classified as confidential and proprietary.

1.5  Any and all downloading, copying, and distribution of confidential or proprietary Extranet site data is strictly prohibited.

1.6  Energy Solutions reserves the right to amend the confidentiality level of Extranet Site content at any time.
