Xiomara Castro
Associate Director, Creative Services
Xiomara has over 15 years of experience as a creative professional with expertise in graphic design, art direction, and project management. Her design career began in public advocacy focusing on communication design for social issues including economic equity, youth leadership, and violence prevention. At Energy Solutions, Xiomara is a founding member of the Marketing and Creative Services team and is the lead designer for the WatterSaver and IL Shines programs. Her leadership and mentorship helped to build the expertise of the team and expand its offerings. She brings a dedication to collaboration and excellence in translating complex information to make it accessible to clients and the market. Her free time is spent adventuring with her young children at community events or in the outdoors and caring for her home garden.
