Jamillah directs all Human Resources and Administrative functions at Energy Solutions overseeing and developing policies for recruiting, compensation, employee relations, organizational development, training, and team building. Her passion for people results in a vibrant work culture that supports talent from a variety of backgrounds and allows people to flourish. Through her skilled diplomacy and expert coaching, she builds partnerships across the organization to support innovative policies that foster continual learning and growth and set high standards, which are essential to achieving the company’s business objectives.

Jamillah brings experience, business acumen, judgement, discretion and vision (along with a healthy sense of humor) to her role. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR), a certified life coach and she holds a master’s degree in Business Administration.
