Linh leads the Operations & Insights team, responsible for running key operational processes such as revenue and workload forecast, utilization planning, staffing forecast, and corporate policy governance. Linh brings over 10 years of critical operations experience and project management in energy, utilities, and financial services. She delivers a pragmatic attitude, a rigorous passion for high standards, and a deep understanding of data-driven business operations to every endeavor. In addition to her international financial management undergraduate studies, Linh holds an MBA from Babson College and maintains Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certifications. In her free time, Linh cares for her children and volunteers for the Red Cross Bay Area Chapter.
