Karen Harris
Associate Director, Learning & Development
Karen is the Associate Director of Learning and Development. She brings over 20 years’ experience in the Learning and Development space, including work with a major solar company and utility. Karen has built the Learning and Development team from the ground up to support all aspects of the business from onboarding to product training as well as leadership development and continuing education/professional development. She is based in the Oakland office and earned a BA from UC Berkeley.
