Julie has over 20 years of experience working on utility Demand Side Management programs. She is an expert at leading efforts to improve efficiency and coordinating with teams for the development of innovative solutions and efficient operations. She’s led the development of Energy Efficiency Products, and her responsibilities include developing value propositions, anticipating client concerns and questions, journey mapping, and new product design. Today she oversees a team that launches and scales new products into the market. Her team focuses on testing, identifying potential issues, and refining strategies prior to scalability. Outside of work, she enjoys camping and coaching her daughters’ sports teams.
