Jim leads the company’s team of Program Engineers and Program Implementers. He brings technical prowess, market understanding and an unparalleled ability to communicate program value propositions to the distributor community. Jim works on a variety of projects specializing in HVAC, VRF, Chiller, and motor technologies, web based paperless rebate applications, distributor and manufacture rebate programs, and strategic and business development. Jim is responsible for both market actor (including CEO) engagement, program administrative, regulatory compliance, EM&V, engineering, and program implementation functions. Prior to joining Energy Solutions, Jim worked for PG&E for 32 years and helped pioneer the first Distributor HVAC and Motors Program in the nation.
