Claire drives decarbonization of the building sector at the state, regional, and national level. With over 15 years of experience managing policy and program implementation, Claire has deep expertise in the development and implementation of state and federal appliance standards which she leverages to support broader policy solutions to climate challenges. Claire leads teams of technical experts and works collaboratively across Energy Solutions, while leveraging deep industry relationships to deliver for her state, non-profit, and utility clients. Previously, she managed the Massachusetts Office of Energy and Environmental Affairs’ Decarbonization Roadmap Study and served as a manager and subject matter expert for several NEEP programs including state and federal appliance efficiency standards.
