Chris is an energy efficiency program designer, researcher, and analyst with more than thirty-five years of experience in the field as a consultant on energy efficiency standards, as a technology researcher, and as a designer and implementer of energy efficiency programs. Since 2015 he has led the research and drafting of many technical comments submitted to standard setting processes at US Department of Energy, the US Environmental Protection Agency, and the California Energy Commission. Chris is currently leading research into the energy efficiency and demand response potential for EVSE and grid-connected water heaters. He has also developed and run energy efficiency programs for public sector, utility, and NGO clients in the US and around the world. Chris is the author of many peer-reviewed papers and reports.
