Alanna Torres
Associate Director, Business Services
Alanna has over 12 years of experience leading and managing projects, teams, and identifying process improvements. She oversees a variety of critical business functions and teams that support the company, including Business Insights and Process Improvement, the Project Management Office (PMO), Corporate Communications, the Data Science Center of Excellence, Process & Procedure, and Business Systems. Alanna has been with Energy Solutions for over five years and has lead some of the largest contracts in the Policy & Ratings department including the Title 24 Building Codes for California program, managing a large internal team and a diverse team of over 20 subcontractors. Outside of work, Alanna enjoys traveling, experiencing new restaurants in San Francisco, and outdoor activities.
