Kyle Coumas
Associate Director, Energy Efficiency
Kyle leads the Trade Ally team’s HVAC and water heating domains. Kyle has recruited, trained, and guided the most high-profile market actors in the US through significant changes to their business processes to facilitate the sale of high efficiency equipment. These relationships, and the outcomes of the determined collaboration with the market actors, contributed significantly to the Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island Water Heating Initiative, which was recognized by ACEEE as an exemplary program in 2018. Additionally, the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Initiative was recognized as the winner of the Department of Energy’s Advanced Rooftop Campaign for 2017 and 2018. Kyle is responsible for applying these learnings and outreach best practices to all Energy Solutions’ programs. Prior to joining Energy Solutions, Kyle helped successfully launch a home performance contracting company where he received his Building Analyst certification. He received his undergraduate degree and MBA from Southern New Hampshire University.
