Mrs. Vas is a member of the Information Systems group at Energy Solutions working on the Self-Generation Incentive Program (SGIP) and the California Solar Initiative Thermal Program (CSI Thermal). She is part of a team of project managers and developers of software solutions for energy efficiency and sustainable energy programs. For these projects she provides project management, residential and commercial building data analysis, user experience design and testing and technical writing and communication.
Prior to Energy Solutions, Mrs. Vas was a Senior Research Associate at the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as a member of the Commercial Buildings group where she contributed to development of web-based tools, which derive energy-saving measures from actionable analytics of building data. Mrs. Vas received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Applied Mathematics in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Merced and her Master of Science Degree in Energy and Resources from the University of California, Berkeley.
