Monica oversees programs in the Pacific Northwest and supports program implementation for Energy Solution’s Energy Efficiency area. She has over 15 years of direct experience providing client management, program management, business development, change management, program strategy and design, and channel management. She is a collaborative, resilient, and outcome-focused expert with extensive experience and demonstrated success in driving business performance through meticulous program and team leadership and refined process improvement abilities. Monica provides program management expertise and oversight to a variety of programs across the country focusing on residential and commercial upstream, midstream and downstream programs.
