Energy Solutions is a fast-paced and innovative consulting firm, specializing in energy efficiency program design, implementation, and marketing. We also work on renewable energy, emerging technologies, and water conservation projects. Much of our work involves technologies and practices at the forefront of the energy efficiency industry. We count among our clients national leaders in energy efficiency such as, the California investor-owned utilities, the California Public Utilities Commission, and the California Energy Commission.

We are a growing company, with a team of 80+ people in Oakland and Long Beach. Our main office is in downtown Oakland, just a short walk from beautiful Lake Merritt and easily accessible via BART and AC Transit. Most staff take advantage of our convenient location by walking, biking or riding BART in to work.  Similarly, the Long Beach office is located in the heart of downtown Long Beach, blocks from the Metro and Long Beach transit center.

Energy Solutions’ staff is comprised of engineers, scientists, policy analysts, IT professionals, technical writers, and business and marketing specialists. Staff members possess the wide range of skills and experience necessary to meet a broad range of energy and water program services. Employees have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects while enjoying close, cooperative working relationships. They also take an active role in shaping the direction of the company.

We maintain the highest level of professionalism in our interactions with clients, while preserving a casual and collegial company culture.
